1. チェックインについて​
   ・チェックインは、通常15時～18時、チェックアウトは10時です。
   ※チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間をご相談させていただく場合がございます。ご了承ください。
   ・鍵の引き渡し、宿泊名簿の記載、料金のお支払いを、ゲストハウス Againで行います。
   ・駐車場は、施設内の専用駐車場をご利用ください。
   ​・ペット（犬や猫など）と一緒のご宿泊は、お断りします。
2. ロッカーのご使用と盗難の防止のお願い
   ・駐車場を含む当施設内での盗難について、当施設は一切の責任を負うことができません。予めご了承の上、貴重品はロッカーをお使いください。
   ・お部屋とロッカーの鍵は、お客様の管理となります。取り扱いにご注意の上、快適にお過ごしください。
3. 室内のご使用と火災防止のお願い
   ・室内での喫煙、バーベキュー・蚊取り線香・寝たばこ・たばこのポイ捨てなどは禁止です。
   ・飲食等のゴミはゴミ箱へ捨て、きれいにお使いください。
   ・外出時、就寝時は、必ず火の元の確認をしてください。
4. 施設のご使用について
   ・駐車場を含む施設内での事故等について、当施設は一切の責任を負うことができません。 予めご了承の上、安全にお過ごしください。
   ・ご宿泊のお客様は、給湯室や共有スペースを自由にお使いいただけます。
   ・飲食等のゴミはゴミ箱へ捨て、きれいにお使いください。
   ・ご宿泊のお客様は、当施設のWi-Fi を自由にお使いいただけます。
   ・早朝や夜間の騒音にお気をつけください。
5. コロナウイルス感染防止対策について
   ・当施設はコロナウイルス感染防止対策実施中です。共有スペースでのマスクの着用をお願いします。
   ​・発熱等の症状があるお客様は、当施設スタッフまでお知らせください。​
6. 迷惑行為の防止のお願い
   ・早朝や夜間の騒音にお気をつけください。また、自然環境を壊す行為はおやめください。
   ・花火等は禁止です。
7. ご宿泊中の異常とその対応について
   ・ご宿泊中の事故・災害による停電・断水など、当施設スタッフが可能な限りご対応します。
   ​・上記を超える事象について、当施設は責任を負うことができません。ご了承ください。
8. 備品の取り扱いとチェックアウトについて
   ・寝具などの備品は、清潔にご使用ください。
   ・チェックアウトの際、使用済みタオル等は受付に返却ください。当施設スタッフが不在の際は 返却場所をお知らせします。ご連絡ください。
   ・施設内備品や建物の破損、鍵の紛失、布団などのひどい汚れがある場合、復旧にかかる費用を お客様に請求させていただく場合があります。予めご了承ください。
9. お客様の忘れ物について
   ・お客様の忘れ物を発見した場合、当施設スタッフが着払いで発送いたします。ご確認ください。​

   ・Smoking, barbecuing, mosquito coils, smoking in bed, littering, etc. are prohibited in the rooms.
