Rafting Reservations
以下のフォームよりご予約を受け付けております。ご予約のお客様は、コース名と希望日時を記載の上ご連絡下さい。
こちらから折り返しのご連絡の際、確認とともに体験料金をご提示いたします。

※電話番号を必ずご記載下さい。
※フォームからのご予約は、予約日の7日前までにお願いいたします。
※予約日より7日前未満のお客様は、必ずお電話でご予約ください。

※お子様が参加される場合は、「お子様の年齢について 」欄にお子様の年齢を人数分ご記入ください。
​※( * )の項目は必ず入力してください。
Reservations can be made using the form below. Please contact us with the course name and desired date and time.
We will contact you back with a confirmation and the price of the trial.

*Please be sure to include your phone number.
*Reservations made via the form must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.
*Please be sure to call us if you make a reservation less than 7 days prior to the reserved date.
